Scandalous! is a powerful story with an exciting and diverse musical score. Through the lens of the trial of Lady Chatterley's Lover, this award-winning show explores D.H. Lawrence the man, the writer, the lover and the changing times in which he lived.

From humble beginnings as the son of a miner, Lawrence takes a leap of faith to pursue his quest to become a writer. His new, brave, spontaneous and passionate writing style about love, relationships, and sex rocks the establishment to the core. Many of his books are censored, banned and even burned. However, his relentless determination has a timeless universal appeal that inspires us all to fearlessly fight for freedom of expression and individuality.
